- Why did only one package arrive when I ordered 2 or more for the same household?
- Multiple Letters to the same household are sent to the post office at the same time. However it is not unusual for one letter to arrive before the others. Be prepared to tell the littles ones still waiting that Santa did not forget them and that their letter is arriving shortly.

- Yes, if you need to make any revisions to your letter packages please contact us. If your order has just been placed and not yet shipped, our Customer Service team will be able to help you out with order updates. Please act quickly! Once the order has been sent out to ship, we may not be able to modify it.
